3-Hour Teen Mindfulness Retreat
Excellent final exam preparation!
During this brief retreat, teens will learn that stress can be managed through mindful awareness techniques and observations of the body, thoughts, and emotions.
The result is an understanding of emotions and behaviors and how they impact the body and mind positively and negatively.
Students will explore mindful awareness while doing schoolwork, moving, eating, talking, and using social media.
Stressors and habits will be illuminated and teens will begin their personal practice of self care and compassion toward themselves and others.
