Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, your body, have sleep difficulty, chronic pain, or simply an overly active mind? iRest Meditation can help!
Restore the natural functioning of your system through iRest (Integrative Restoration). A guided form of mindfulness training that allows the mental chatter to diminish and the nervous system to deeply rest. We spend a few moments each day orienting to the theme, enjoy 25-30 minute meditation followed by a short debrief.
This is an evidence based practice that has proven benefits for those with insomnia, PTSD, chronic pain and anyone who simply wants to connect with feeling truly present and at home in their body.
Each week will vary slightly as we move through the 10 step protocol. Drop in anytime!
Wear comfortable clothing, a mat and any props that will create comfort as you receive this meditation lying down. Chairs available for sitting if needed.
